Job summary

Arcare is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to deliver hands-on clinical education across nursing, MAs, and hybrid staff. You will report to the Lead Clinical Trainer and help build high-quality, role-specific training that ensures regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. MA training minimum; LPN program preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas or compact state preferred.
• Experience: 1 year clinical experience; experience training or mentoring nurses, Mas, or similar staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical education to nurses, medical assistants and hybrid staff.
• Support onboarding, skills validation, and ongoing professional development.
• Develop and deliver role-specific training programs to promote clinical excellence and patient safety.
