Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager for a student housing community in Davis, CA. You will own the NOI, leasing strategy, the team, and the resident experience while supervising on-site operations and financial reporting.

You will also manage annual budgets, monitor performance, lead the Turn process, and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and administration to meet occupancy targets. The role requires strong leadership and sharp focus on service quality for student housing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience required.
• 2 years in student housing management preferred.
• Comfort reading monthly financial statements and building annual budgets.
• Experience with property management software; Entrata strongly preferred.
• Full-time, on-site presence required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own NOI, leasing strategy, budgeting, and resident experience for a UC Davis student housing community.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate on-site staff; manage the Turn process end-to-end.
• Direct marketing and sales plans to hit occupancy targets before the annual turn.
• Monitor rent collection, delinquency, and reconcile financial data with regional leadership.
