Job summary

SBA Communications hires a Lead Network Operations Control Center Technician to provide technical oversight and escalation within NOCC. The role supports 24/7 operations for WAN/LAN, tower lighting, DAS, and in-building subsystems, ensuring rapid fault resolution and system availability.

As a NOCC lead, you’ll guide technicians, coordinate cross-team troubleshooting, document outages, and craft RFOs for customers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish/Portuguese preferred.
• 5-7 years in a Network Operations Center or equivalent.
• Experience with WAN/LAN networks and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level escalation and guidance for NOCC techs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and manage outages across multi-network types.
• Coordinate cross-team troubleshooting and incident communications.
• Document outages, create RFOs, and maintain knowledge base.
• Provide on-call support and participate in shift rotation.
