Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in large enterprise LAN/WLAN environments.
- Wireless certification (CWNA/CWNP, Cisco, or Aruba).
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical operations of the NOC team.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Troubleshoot Level 3 and Level 4 network issues.
- Ensure accurate ticket updates and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams.
