Job summary

STRATA Networks is seeking a motivated Network Operations Technician (NOC) -Temp to join our Network Operations Center team in Roosevelt, UT. This temporary role focuses on assisting business and residential customers by troubleshooting broadband, landline, and wireless services.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a professional, customer-first attitude, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer calls politely and professionally.
• Assist callers of varying technical knowledge with troubleshooting and support.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to STRATA services, including DSL, PON, Coax, Wi-Fi, bandwidth, email, end-user equipment, and wireless services.
• Provide remote support and guide customers through technical solutions.
• Create, manage, and maintain trouble tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Dispatch field technicians when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
