Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk environment.
• Strong network troubleshooting including connectivity and latency.
• Understanding of ports, protocols, IP addresses.
• Basic Windows and Linux commands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable overnight shift: Wed-Fri 9pm-7am and Sat 7pm-7am.
