Job summary

Limitless Mobile is seeking a NOC Technician to join its Network Operations Center team. You will monitor Limitless Mobile’s wireless network and service delivery, including Ericsson-based RAN, Nokia-based RAN, and external providers, ensuring QoS for retail and wholesale customers.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a couple of years in telecom, offering growth toward NOC Engineer and Core Network roles with certifications like CCNA or CompTIA Linux+.

Qualifications

• Associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering or Telecommunications.
• Ideally two years in telecommunications, preferably with a wireless carrier.
• Familiarity with GSM/WCDMA/LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi concepts and signaling (SS7/Diameter) is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper/Extreme routing and switching; CCNA preferred.
• Knowledge of SNMP-based NMS configuration and administration is advantageous.
• Experience with Wireshark and CACTI; strong Linux/Windows OS skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Limitless Mobile’s wireless network and service delivery across RANs and external partners.
• Track and report network KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with network dimensioning and capacity planning.
• Participate in on-call rotations and shifts including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Contribute to incident management with RCA reporting and cross-team collaboration.
• Pursue certifications (e.g., CompTIA Linux+, CCNA) to advance to higher network roles.
