Job summary

Limitless Mobile LLC seeks a NOC Technician (3rd Shift) to monitor and manage the company’s wireless network and service delivery. You will work as part of the NOC team, identifying and resolving service impacting issues and reporting KPI data to internal and external stakeholders.

The role is suited for a recent graduate or someone with a couple of years in telecom, with opportunities to grow toward NOC Engineer roles as you gain certifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's, bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering or Telecommunications.
• Ideally two years working in the telecommunications industry including two years with a wireless carrier.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Limitless Mobile's wireless network and service delivery.
• Identify, analyze and resolve service impacting issues.
• Provide regular KPI reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist NOC Engineers and Core Network Engineering on monitoring and capacity management.
• Participate in on-call rotation and night/weekend shift work.
