Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; military experience acceptable.
• 1+ years working with Cisco IOS, ticketing systems, and network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network, datacenter, security and voice technologies.
• Provide remote hardware/software support and maintain documentation.
• Triage incidents, communicate with stakeholders, and drive issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering groups and vendors to resolve complex problems.
• Maintain regular communication with managers and customers regarding incidents and changes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
