Computer World Services Corp. monitors and maintains Air Force network systems in support of AF Information Networks. The role analyzes events, troubleshoots outages, and reports incidents to AMAC and NOS teams.

It requires an associate degree or equivalent, 0–2 or 3–5 years of related experience, and an active Top Secret clearance. The position involves 24/7/365 coverage, with schedule flexibility and adherence to 8570 requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience -OR- 3-5 years of related experience
• Must have IAT II, CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher (Typically Sec+)
• Active Top Secret Clearance
• 24/7/365 mission; ability to support all shifts; notice for schedule changes is provided

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain Air Force network systems and perform troubleshooting
• Identify, analyze, document, and report events and incidents on AFIN systems
• Coordinate with NOS and AMAC representatives on outages and degradations
• Utilize AFIN monitoring tools and perform routine hardware/software checks
