Job description

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Monitor the campus around the clock: facility alarms, network health, and environmental systems, dispatching and escalating per runbook.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor DCIM, BMS, and network dashboards
• Triage alarms, open tickets, and dispatch responders
• Execute runbooks and escalation procedures
• Maintain clean shift logs and handovers
• Support scheduled work notifications

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years in a NOC, dispatch, control room, or IT operations role
• Strong attention to detail under pressure
• Clear written and verbal communication
• High school diploma or GED; IT certifications valued

Full training provided – no prior industry experience required.

Pay range:

$58,000 – $75,000 per year
