You will drive incident and change management, mentor staff, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, and ensure reliable, scalable network services while fostering continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in computer information systems or information technology.
• Four years of related progressive work experience in technical network operations or a call center environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted with hiring manager approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead and staff a NOC in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Oversee deployment, installation, administration and maintenance of LAN/WAN technologies.
• Analyze incident and problem management reports and coordinate remediation actions.
• Manage annual capital and operating budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure network security, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness; drive process improvements.
