You monitor enterprise services, respond to events, lead Major Incident bridge calls, and coordinate escalation across infrastructure, security, and data center operations to support reliability and business continuity. The role requires 1–3 years SOC/NOC experience, familiarity with monitoring systems and incident response, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates or related coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years in SOC/NOC, Service Desk, IT Support, or data center ops.
• Experience with monitoring systems, ticketing, and dashboards is preferred.
• Understanding of IT operations, incident response, and event management.
• Fundamental cybersecurity concepts including incident response and endpoint security.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, and Windows/Linux OS.
• Familiarity with data center ops and production support activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure, apps, security platforms, and data center systems for service availability.
• Execute NOC and SOC procedures, playbooks, and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to restore services and respond to incidents.
• Validate events and alerts, document actions, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead Major Incident bridge calls and coordinate support teams during incidents.
• Support post-incident reviews with timelines and lessons learned.
