Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IP networking principles.
• Hands-on experience with configuring Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience with the configuration and layout of physical network infrastructure cabling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide basic NOC support and real-time service for clients on the NCREN network.
• Troubleshoot, field calls, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, telecom providers, and clients to resolve problems.
