Job summary

Tuknik Government Services LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Network Operations Analyst to support our government customer in Durham, NC or Baltimore, MD. The NOC role covers hardware and software engineering, technical support, and implementation of new technologies in the RSSC infrastructure.

You will perform day-to-day operations, monitor servers and networks, troubleshoot, and provide on-site support.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Services or comparable discipline required or demonstrated success with equivalent work experience.
• Equivalent combination of knowledge and specialized experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Active CCNA and Network+ Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software engineering and technical support within the RSSC infrastructure.
• Perform on-site hardware management for devices located at the RSSC.
• Troubleshoot workstation/server connectivity and software problems in a multi-domain environment.
• Coordinate problem resolution and participate in continuous improvement of daily operations.
