Job summary

FNTS is seeking an NOC Analyst for 3rd shift to provide 24x7 support across Mainframe and Cloud Core Systems. You will monitor batch processes, outages, and scheduling using CA7/CA Scheduler or IBM Tivoli, while acting as a central communications hub for high-velocity operations.

Hybrid work with in-person collaboration three days a week and remote days two days. Ideal candidates bring solid desktop/server/network operations knowledge and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service,

Qualifications

• Experience in an enterprise IT operations environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of mainframe, tape management, and batch operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and submit customer mainframe batch processes.
• Monitor and report on customer network/server outages.
• Manage mainframe job scheduling and abend remediation.
• Escalate issues and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
