Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an Associate Systems Management Analyst to support mission-critical enterprise Mainframe operations, focusing on high-volume batch processing, workload automation, system monitoring, and maintaining stability across multiple LPARs in a large-scale environment.

The candidate will work with CICS, DB2 and WLAaaS tools, participate in incident/change management using ServiceNow, and adhere to Data Center security protocols while coordinating with application teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

2+ years supporting large-scale Enterprise Mainframe with multiple LPARs.
2+ years handling workload automation across multiple teams.
At least 1+ year hands-on with CICS, DB2, and Mainframe infra.
Strong understanding of batch processing, SLA management, and incident escalation.
Experience with ServiceNow for incident/change management and WLAaaS tooling.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support enterprise Mainframe environments across multiple LPARs.
Manage high-volume batch operations (≈15 million requests monthly).
Monitor performance, meet hourly SLAs.
Execute workload automation requests and support maintenance.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate to meet SLA.
Support incident and change management processes.
Coordinate with application teams to ensure stability and timely batch execution.
Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
Follow Data Center security protocols and onsite vendor access requirements.
