Job summary
Orion Innovation is seeking a Job Administration/Production Control Technician for the night shift. You will monitor job flows managed by the CA Workload Automation DE (dSeries) system, running jobs on z/OS, UNIX, or PeopleSoft servers, and respond quickly to failures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field with four years IT service management experience.
- Eight years of IT service management experience accepted in lieu of the degree.
- Equivalent education/experience accepted as described.
Responsibilities
- Monitor job flows controlled by CA Workload Automation DE (dSeries).
- Respond quickly to job failures and coordinate remediation with on-call staff.
- Occasionally migrate software to production or test environments.
- Document problems, set up job flow dependencies, and troubleshoot test flows.
