You'll collaborate with internal teams and customers, handle tickets, assist with audits, and learn cutting-edge monitoring tools while embracing our "We Make It Happen!" culture. This 6-month onsite internship offers practical IT ops exposure and potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; IT certification program preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT support or strong interest in technology.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and dashboards to detect and respond to issues quickly.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Track and manage support tickets, escalating as needed.
• Perform scheduled audits with precision.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• Support after-hours monitoring when scheduled.
