Job summary

Black-Mountain-Dynamics seeks a Senior Network Operations Engineer to join a hands-on NOC role supporting a global enterprise network in autonomous mobility. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate incidents using Data Dog, CLI, and ServiceNow, focusing on rapid restoration and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on network engineering in a high-availability environment.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting multi-vendor devices via CLI and cloud controllers.
• Proficient with Data Dog or similar monitoring/alerting platforms.
• ITSM experience with ticketing and change management (ServiceNow).
• Strong written communication for tickets and shift handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage alerts using Data Dog and other tools; identify root cause.
• Troubleshoot incidents end-to-end, including firewall, wireless, and circuit issues.
• Coordinate incident response in P1/P0 situations and drive to resolution.
• Support multi-vendor network devices (Palo Alto, Ruckus, etc.) across data centers.
• Assist with runbooks, change execution, and documentation.
