Qualifications

• Industry standard technology certifications are desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor NOC work queues to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
• Provide phone support with field technicians, clients, and vendors.
• Instruct users on actions to resolve problems and perform maintenance.
• Use and maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and WIKI documentation.
• Diagnose hardware, network, and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
