Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a NOC Daily Ops Analyst in Dallas to evaluate data on disruptions and irregular operations, partnering with NOC stakeholders to minimize impact.

The role provides advanced analytics support and collaborates with the Planning Team to develop recommendations shared with the Disruption Pod and day-of stakeholders. Candidates should have strong analytical capabilities, experience with SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and a solid foundation in business analysis.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of business analysis, process modeling and redesign.
• Ability to visualize data to drive insights using Excel and Tableau.
• Mature problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Align on analytical requests and priorities.
• Provide advanced analytical support for the Network Operations Control department.
• Develop tools to address recurring analytical requests.
• Support the Disruption Pod and other day-of stakeholders.
• Utilize optimizers and dashboards to run what-if analyses.
• Document analyses and maintain a central repository.
