Job summary

Apollo MedFlight is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Support to join our Information Technology team in Amarillo, TX. You will monitor data trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting operational data, developing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and collaborating with Operations Management to support performance goals. Some travel and flexible scheduling possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with Excel and database tools.
• Analytical, organized, and capable of solving problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask and manage priorities.
• Detail-oriented; EMS/transport/aviation experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly leadership reports.
• Collaborate with Operations Management to support performance goals.
• Monitor operational metrics and provide real-time insights.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and revenue.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Support additional reporting and analytics projects as assigned.
