Hawks Ridge - Hood River, OR is seeking a Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and health monitoring in a senior living setting, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will assist with meals, provide emotional support, engage residents in life-enriching activities, communicate with families and the Wellness Team, and help keep the environment clean and safe. This is a full-time role with team collaboration and opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Good verbal English communication with residents and coworkers.
• Licensing documentation (if required by state) and ability to pass background check.
• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health and document changes; report to Wellness Team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage residents in life-enriching activities.
• Communicate with residents, families, team members, and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and light housekeeping.
