Qualifications

• Must be willing to learn and work within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal communication; able to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• License documentation (if state requires) and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Observe, document, and report changes in health or behavior to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support participation in social and recreational activities for well-being.
• Communicate with elders, families, team members, and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness through light housekeeping.
