Job summary

Hawks Ridge - Hood River , OR is seeking a Dining Services Assistant/Server to warmly serve elders, take meal orders, and keep dining areas clean.

You will follow dietary standards, assist in meal prep and service, and collaborate with a team to ensure safe, inviting dining experiences. English communication with residents and staff is required; background check will be conducted. Full-time and/or part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Kindness and desire to work with the elderly.
• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Good verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Serve elders and guests and take meal orders.
• Clean tables after meals and ensure dining areas are tidy.
• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary standards and policy.
• Clean kitchen, wash dishes, and store food properly.
• Provide excellent customer service and work well in a team.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures.
