Job summary

Wheelers Chevrolet GMC of Marshfield is seeking a sales consultant who loves helping customers find the right vehicle. This position emphasizes service over pressure, with no commission and transparent pricing.

You'll greet customers, explain features, arrange test drives, assist with trade-ins, and coordinate with finance and service teams. Training is provided, and a path to grow within the six-store group is available in Central Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Friendly, honest approach with customers
• Strong listening and clear communication abilities
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Comfort with computers, phones, and email
• Ability to work Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in, phone, and online customers to understand needs
• Walk customers through new Chevrolet and used vehicles, explaining features clearly
• Take customers on test drives and answer questions honestly
• Assist customers value their trade-in, including those simply selling their car
• Support online shoppers, including 100% online transactions
• Follow up with customers using our CRM without hounding
• Coordinate with finance, service, and detail teams to ensure smooth deliveries
• Keep the lot and showroom clean and ready
