Job summary

SmartSuite is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in the United States to guide customers through the full lifecycle from discovery to implementation and adoption of our no-code platform.

You will apply deep GRC and workflow knowledge to design scalable solutions, collaborating with Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure measurable value and long-term client success. You’ll grow into independent client engagements over time.

Qualifications

• Experience with no-code platforms and SaaS environments.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into platform configurations.
• Strong communication and project management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset and process design experience.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify and document key requirements across GRC workflows.
• Design and configure SmartSuite solutions using the no-code platform.
• Build, test, and iterate configurations with client stakeholders.
• Create process docs, workflow maps, and configuration guides.
• Support UAT and drive end-user adoption through enablement sessions.
• Provide project management support throughout engagements, including milestones and risk management.
• Serve as an SME on GRC best practices and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to surface feedback.
