LogicGate is seeking a Professional Services Manager to own complex customer engagements end-to-end, leading discovery, architecture design, and tailored Risk Cloud solutions. You will partner with enterprise risk teams as a trusted adviser, ensuring delivery excellence and account health.

The role focuses on AI-assisted workflows, strategic GRC advisory, and autonomous execution across multi-stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced technical and solution-architecture skills with ability to configure complex enterprise platforms.
• AI literacy and curiosity to optimize workflow design and advisory solutions.
• Executive presence with proven stakeholder management and executive discovery facilitation.
• Autonomous execution with strong project management and scope ownership.
• Willingness to travel for on-site engagements and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead bespoke professional services engagements end-to-end with deep-dive discovery and requirements.
• Architect and configure advanced Risk Cloud solutions for enterprise GRC use cases.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate timelines and drive ROI.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and get-well strategies for customer success.
• Provide strategic GRC advisory across governance, risk, and compliance domains.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with success, sales, product, and account teams.
