Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Vascular Surgeon in Philadelphia, PA to lead wound-care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This no-call role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing you to focus on patient outcomes and your family life.

Your vascular training complements wound care, enabling you to treat arterial, venous, and diabetic wounds while preserving surgical skills.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and bedside wound care procedures including debridement as appropriate.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing and complex wounds (arterial, venous and diabetic ulcers).
• Apply advanced dressings and wound care protocols to promote healing.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities and post-acute partners to manage patient healing trajectories.
