Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Acute Care Surgeon to join a no-call, Monday–Friday practice focused on wound care in skilled nursing facilities. You will use surgical debridement and bedside procedures, maintain your skills, and work with a dedicated team in a less hospital-heavy setting.

Earn $200,000–$300,000 per year as a full-time role, with clear governance, training provided, and a supportive, equal-opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear license in the state of practice.
• DEA License: Ability to obtain one or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open Background: Welcomes surgeons from all backgrounds; wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and bedside debridement and related procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds.
• Apply advanced dressings and wound care protocols.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities in post-acute care settings.
