Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year customer service experience required.
• Must possess an NMLS license or obtain NMLS license within 90 days of employment.
• Spanish or additional language abilities are a plus.
• Sales oriented professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with core banking applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the branch with banking transactions and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required compliance training.
• Represent the Bank professionally and build customer relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals.
• Travel to other branches as needed to staff locations.
