Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service to build relationships.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries accurately and compliantly.
• Cross-sell Firstrust products and educate customers on available services.
• Operate a Universal Banker terminal and handle large cash transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of banking regulations and comply with procedures.
