Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year customer service or related experience.
• Must possess an NMLS license or obtain NMLS license within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to complete ongoing NMLS training and ensure SAFE Act compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Spanish or additional language a plus.
