Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is highly desired.
• Spanish or additional language skills are a plus.
• Money handling experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Understanding of core banking system is a plus.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.
• Flexibility on work schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sitting and standing for extended periods.
• Operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices.
• Reach over teller counter to receive documents.
• Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Converse and exchange information with staff at all levels.
• Observe, perceive, identify, and translate data.
