Job summary

The Operations Manager will oversee facilities, office management, fleet, safety, and onboarding for the New Mexico Business Unit, driving operational excellence and coordinating tactics for approved plans.

Based in Santa Fe, you will harmonize systems and processes, develop documentation, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver services effectively.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and office management including maintenance, HVAC issues, mail, inventory, and safety program tasks.
• Coordinate logistics for organizational events and donor/trustee engagement support.
• Manage vehicle administration, inventories, and asset tracking.
• Develop documentation, modify processes, and harmonize systems across teams.
• Travel and work flexible hours as needed.
