Job summary

Arkansas Sports Properties, a Learfield property, is seeking a motivated NIL Partnerships Solutions Coordinator to support execution of Name, Image, and Likeness partnerships. The role focuses on student-athlete marketing campaigns, tracking inventory, coordinating deliverables, and supporting reporting needs.

You will work with internal staff, student-athletes, and brand partners to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of NIL campaigns at a single property.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to build positive relationships across diverse groups.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to follow procedures with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and execution of NIL deal activations.
• Track NIL inventory across assets and assist with weekly updates.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams, student-athletes, and brand partners.
• Participate in gameday operations and NIL activations at home games.
• Stay informed on NIL news and share updates with the property team.
• Represent the property in internal NIL touchpoints or meetings.
• Assist with additional sales, fulfillment, or operations duties.
