Job summary

Learfield is seeking a detail-oriented NIL Associate Partnership Solutions Manager to lead activation of Name, Image, and Likeness partnerships on campus. You will manage a growing partner portfolio, coordinating campaigns across digital, social, in-venue, and broadcast platforms, while ensuring compliance with NCAA and university guidelines.

The role requires strong project management and communication skills to translate brand objectives into student-athlete activations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sponsorship activation or NIL partnerships or related marketing field.
• Experience managing partner projects with accountability for timely outcomes.
• Ability to create social content for platforms and understand what works on each channel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of NIL partners and lead execution of contractual deliverables.
• Coordinate activations across digital, social, in-venue, and broadcast platforms.
• Collaborate with university NIL teams to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Support content creation and scheduling with Student Athletes and Content teams.
• Maintain activation timelines, documentation, and deliverable tracking.
• Pitch creative NIL campaigns aligned with partner objectives and drive engagement.
• Assist in partner ideation, recaps, and renewal discussions.
