Job summary

Learfield seeks an Associate NIL Partnership Solutions Manager at the University of Memphis to lead NIL activation on campus, coordinating campaigns across digital, social, in-venue and broadcast platforms. You will manage a growing portfolio, ensure contract deliverables are executed, and collaborate with student-athletes, university teams and sales to translate brand objectives into engaging activations.

This role requires strong communication and project management skills and may require

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sponsorship activation, NIL partnerships, influencer marketing, account management, or event marketing—preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Proven ability to manage partners or projects independently with accountability for timely outcomes.
• Experience creating content for social platforms with awareness of channel-specific best practices.

Responsibilities

• Activate NIL partnerships across digital, social, in-venue, and broadcast platforms.
• Coordinate with partners, student-athletes, and university NIL teams to ensure compliance with NCAA and school guidelines.
• Develop and execute creative NIL campaigns and partner proposals that drive engagement and revenue.
