Job summary

Tiger Sports Properties seeks a detail-oriented NIL Associate Partnership Solutions Manager to lead activation of Name, Image, and Likeness partnerships on campus, coordinating campaigns across digital, social, in-venue, and broadcast platforms.

You will manage a growing portfolio, ensure deliverables meet guidelines, and collaborate with university NIL teams to translate brand objectives into impactful student-athlete activations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sponsorship activation or NIL partnerships or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and university partners.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and projects with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of NIL partners and lead execution of contractual deliverables (appearances, social content, activations).
• Serve as liaison between partners, student-athletes, and university NIL teams to ensure compliance with NCAA and university guidelines.
• Assist creation and distribution of NIL content with Student Athletes and Content teams.
• Coordinate approval processes and maintain documentation for NIL partnerships.
• Maintain activation schedules and deliverable tracking for timely execution.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to brainstorm and pitch NIL campaigns.
• Support partner ideation, recaps, performance reviews, and renewals.
• Guide coordinators or game day staff during NIL activations.
