Learfield is seeking a detail-oriented NIL Associate Partnership Solutions Manager to lead campus NIL partnerships and activation of campaigns across digital, social, in-venue and broadcast platforms. You will coordinate with sales, university NIL teams, student-athletes, and content teams to develop creative NIL concepts and deliver on contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in sponsorship activation, NIL partnerships, influencer marketing, or event marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple partners or projects with accountability for timely outcomes.
• Experience creating social media content and campaigns aligned with platform best practices.
• Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Familiarity with interpreting contracts and sponsorship assets across digital and traditional channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of NIL partners and lead execution of contractual deliverables.
• Coordinate with partners, student-athletes, and university NIL teams to ensure compliant activations.
• Assist scheduling, project management, execution and distribution of NIL content.
• Create NIL and branded social content for local property sales staff to drive revenue.
• Coordinate approval processes and maintain documentation for all NIL partnerships.
• Maintain timelines, activation schedules, and deliverable tracking.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to brainstorm, develop, and pitch NIL campaigns.
• Support sales strategic planning with partner ideation and performance reviews.
• Guide Coordinators or game day staff during activation or planning cycles.
• Identify opportunities to improve NIL activation processes.
• Represent the property in select meetings and game day operations.
