Job summary

Learfield is seeking a detail-oriented NIL Associate Partnership Solutions Manager to lead activation of Name, Image, and Likeness partnerships on campus. You will manage a growing portfolio and ensure all contractual NIL deliverables are executed flawlessly across digital, social, in-venue, and broadcast platforms.

The role requires collaboration with sales and university NIL teams to develop creative NIL concepts, craft partner proposals, and translate brand objectives into student-athlete

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sponsorship activation, NIL partnerships, influencer marketing, account management, or event marketing.
• Experience managing partners or projects independently with accountability for timelines.
• Experience creating social content and understanding platform-specific best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of NIL partners and lead execution of their contractual deliverables.
• Serve as primary liaison between partners, student-athletes, and university NIL teams to ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Collaborate with Student Athletes and Content team to schedule and distribute NIL content.
• Assist creation of custom NIL and branded social media content for local property sales staff.
• Coordinate approval processes and documentation for NIL partnerships.
