Job summary

Learfield IMG College is seeking an Associate NIL Partnership Solutions Manager to lead NIL activation for the University of Memphis. You will manage partner deliverables, coordinate with student-athletes and campus NIL teams, and drive creative NIL concepts and campaigns.

You will partner with sales and marketing to translate brand objectives into engaging student-athlete activations, balancing timelines, compliance, and impactful storytelling across digital, social, in-venue, and broadcast

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sponsorship activation, NIL partnerships, influencer marketing, account management, or event marketing.
• Experience managing partners or projects with accountability for timely outcomes.
• Ability to learn content creation for social platforms and understand what works on each channel.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of NIL partner deliverables including appearances, social content, and activations.
• Coordinate with partners, student-athletes, and NIL teams to ensure compliant activations.
• Develop NIL concepts, craft proposals, and translate brand objectives into activations.
