Colorado Village Collaborative is seeking a Site Assistant (Nights) in Denver to support the Micro-Community space. You will work with the Site Coordinator to maintain safety, cleanliness, and trauma-informed engagement, including on-site operations and programming.

The role requires on-site availability during 9:30 pm–7:30 am, 30–40 hours weekly, with a $22.06/hour compensation and generous benefits such as health, dental, vision coverage, 401k matching, paid time off, and stipends.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in homeless shelter operations preferred.
• At least one year of housing stability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with MC Operations and site safety.
• Support Site Coordinators with community engagement.
• Maintain daily logs and reports.
• Support meals, events, and outreach activities.
• Provide trauma-informed interactions.
