Job summary

Colorado Village Collaborative is seeking a dedicated Site Assistant to support daily operations at the Denver MC site. You will work closely with the Site Manager and Coordinators to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for community members and staff.

Responsibilities include logging daily activities, assisting with programming, and ensuring trauma-informed, respectful interactions. On-site 30-40 hours weekly, 10-hour shifts, with a focus on community care and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Shelter operations experience preferred.
• At least one year of being successfully housed preferred.
• Experience operating computerized office equipment and telephones.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Cell phone to download and access CVC applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Support MC operations and site upkeep.
• Collaborate with Site Manager and Site Coordinators to support programming.
• Monitor daily activities and log incidents or concerns.
• Assist with community programming and events, including setup and staffing.
• Provide trauma-informed interactions and clear communication with community members.
