Job summary

Colorado Village Collaborative is seeking a Site Assistant (Days) in Denver to support Site Coordinators and foster a safe, healing environment. You will help manage daily operations, community engagement, and programming within the Micro-Community, while ensuring cleanliness and safety of the site.

The role involves on-site work 30–40 hours/week, 10-hour shifts, with a focus on trauma-informed interactions, outreach, and collaboration with staff to connect residents to resources and support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Homeless shelter operations experience preferred.
• At least one year of being successfully housed preferred.
• Experience operating computerized office equipment and telephones.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Cell phone to download and access CVC applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Support MC operations, site upkeep and communications with community members.
• Assist with community member support and participation in activities.
• Coordinate daily activity logs, incidents, and follow-up plans.
• Support MC coordinators with use agreements and non-compliance notifications.
• Help manage site logs, cleaning schedules, and reporting data.
• Collaborate with Site Coordinator and Site Manager on resident accountability and crisis response.
