Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in homelessness services, behavioral health, or related fields preferred.
• Lived experience with homelessness valued; at least one year of stable housing preferred.
• Experience operating computerized office equipment and telephones.
• Reliable transportation required; cell phone to access CVC applications.

Responsibilities

• Travel to work at any CVC site to fill open shifts on an as-needed basis.
• Assist with community member intake and orientation; HMIS documentation.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and daily operations.
• Document incidents and shift updates; complete logs.
• Collaborate with Site Manager, case managers, and partners to connect residents to services.
