Mercy Hospital South seeks an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee inpatient Med/Surg East operations, ensuring safe patient care, staffing, and efficient bed management. The role requires leadership, collaboration with physicians and staff, and adherence to Mercy standards.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license or temporary permit in the state of Missouri.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing (if not already listed above).
• Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a Med/Surg setting is highly desirable.

• Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
