Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for Inpatient Med/Surg East at Mercy Hospital South. This full-time role supports staffing, patient flow, and care continuity across units with a focus on professional standards and servant leadership.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and evaluating operations, serving as a clinical resource, and assuming managerial duties as delegated by management. Current MO RN license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license or temporary permit in Missouri.
• Minimum of 2–3 years direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as a staff nurse in the department as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Ensure adherence to Mercy Service Standards and support change through mentorship and collaboration.
