Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for Inpatient Med/Surg East. The role requires leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care while meeting staffing and productivity goals.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum of 2–3 years direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association

Responsabilidades

• Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Performs duties as staff nurse as needed and assumes managerial responsibilities delegated by a manager.
